Immediately I noticed a very distorted rattling sound on the left side speaker even on low to medium volume. I bought this speaker hoping to play music in my older vehicle since my radio no longer works properly. Pairing with my phone had no issues and despite the rattle issue, the overall sound (tremble and bass) seems to be reasonable for the price. I don't live anywhere near a BB, so I contacted BB customer service for a return/exchange shipment and that was useless and frustrating. I now have a headache.

Cuz I know but I also use it in my truck because there is no radio stations where I live so I can listen to Pandora with this speaker on the dash of my pickup. I actually got more than I bargained for.

Once I finally got it to work, well it works well. don't know what al the buttons mean, but loud and soft work well, the others I'll never know.

Since this situation with so called pandemic. Best Buy has done the curbside pickup. This is GREAT. When these politicians get off their butts and Country gets back to some normalcy. Do not stop curbside pickup

Perfect for what I need. So far so good

It definitely lets me hear them louder. But the sound is boomy and noisy, especially lower-frequency noise. It was actually harder to listen to what people are saying, even compared to my laptop's built-in speakers. Maybe the fault lies in my Zoom-mates microphones or my laptop, but regardless, I'm going back to my laptop speakers until I can find a BT speaker that does the trick. Returning it to BestBuy today. PS. Might work fine for music and videos, for all I know.
