For $25 I thought it was an outstanding value works well

It is OK speaker. I would get the speaker again. I like it.

Great speaker for its price. Worth it. Easy to use

It’s good for small gathering and outside parties.

Almost as good as the smaller version - this bigger Insignia actually has somewhat muffled sound. It is acceptable but I prefer the smaller Insignia speaker.

I just wish it was a little louder................

Even at a such a reasonable price, I still can’t vouch for its overall performance. I found it’s Bluetooth capability/sound to be very muffled especially at lower volumes. I’ve used smaller less expensive speakers with far better clarity.

It has been a great speaker for about a year, now it just randomly cuts off in the middle of playing music even when it’s fully charged.

Was an excellent speaker but stopped taking a charge.

I don't know if my was defective but this speaker doesn't sound loud as other people said. My $8 Amazon speaker sound better. At least the battery life is good.p.s. it's heavy

I have to admit, I have had quite a few Bluetooth speakers these past few years. I've come to appreciate the quality of Insignia BT speakers, especially when purchased on the awesome Black Friday sales. Insignia has been quietly making a very competitive product for some time now. This BT speaker is really more of the same. Excellent build quality, with rubber-covered buttons and a rubber cover over the inputs. The grill is covered in what feels like cloth, which for me, is a negative. I prefer the metal grill, especially on portable devices. Cloth is too easily damaged to be used in this sort of product. Overall, It sounds great and is very easy to use. Like all BT products today, pairing is a snap. The sound is loud and clear, While some people have mentioned the bass. I find it to be enough. I'm not a fan of overwhelming bass. I prefer to hear my music. The claimed 33' range seems to be dependent upon a clear line of sight. I can go into the next room only a few feet away and the connection starts to drop in and out. This is, however, consistent with most BT devices I've used so Insignia is on par with the market here. I have been using it daily during my morning routine which is 1 hour long. After, 2 weeks, I have yet to charge it. I can't speak directly to 40 hours, but the battery life is quite good, This is a high-quality speaker with crisp clear sound at a reasonable price. I would recommend it.

Takes too long to charge. Not Rich sounds. Disappointed.they shouldn't be able to give you more choice in speakers instead I was just the cheap ones that don't work very good for delivery.

It's an ok speaker. Nothing stands out but thats expected for the price.

I bought 2 of these. I returned one after it started beeping every five minutes. I hit the reset button, etc. The light was blue. It would not stop beeping!! The second one just started beeping as well. I went to Geek Squad and called a tech support - who told me to go to Geek Squad - who told me I should have bought the insurance. I'm pretty upset. If Insignia can tell me how to stop the infernal beeping, I'll change my review. My computer speakers are shot so I need a speaker. HELP!! Otherwise they worked great.

Not bad but I wanted something that worked better for me. I like bigger sound and bass. Also wanted longer battery life.

Had Insignia products before and really liked them. Speaker sounded ok but not as good as I was looking for. Returned it and purchased a Sony.

I returned it. I thought it was wireless since it suppose to be Bluetooth. I had a hard time trying to use it. The price was good. It was on markdown when I bought it.

Priced correctly (when on sale). The sound quality doesn't blow you away, but it is on par with those that are priced slightly higher.
