Best Buy...NOT!

The directions said it would work with our without this one cord, which I had, but it don't work. There was no sound at all. Buying this sound bar was a waste of my time, money, and gas. And I bought my parents a sound bar from Walmart last year, at a cheaper price, and their's still work! I guess I need to go to Walmart too.

However, let me remind you that if you purchased this product after 10/30/2016 you have an extended return period good until 1/15/2017 that you can validate at any Best Buy store with your receipt or order number. Never worked well

It never gives a continuous play with whatever connection - Aux, optical cable or Bluetooth. It'll normally start playing and then gives a very annoying breaks or interruption in the sound. Unfortunately, I brought it to Ghana, Africa and returning will be more expensive.

Instructions are no help. My TV is an Insignia also. I got outside help with the problem. I had to buy an optical cable, extra $20. The Best Buy employees did not know this. So it does not come with everything in the box.
