Open Box no less..it works just fine. It is just what I wanted. Enough sound without having to add speakers...easy install...very happy with it

First soundbar

It seem to go smoothly. He is not a fan of the remote but once we had it set to the volume we like we don't use it so not a big problem for us. It does seem to have a small humming sound when the TV is not playing. So that's why I only give it 4 stars.
