I heard from a friend that Insignia products deliver great sound. This sound bar offers terrific clarity and plenty of bass, even without an additional subwoofer. I recommend this sound bar to anyone who wants great sound for a small price.

Perfect size that we were looking for, did have to raise our tv though as our tvs base wasn't tall enough for this to sit under

I bought this as a Christmas gift but then decided to keep it for myself. I didn't open it up until about 2 months after I purchased it and as soon as I plugged it in all it did was make a thumping sound repeatedly with no other sound emanating from it. Obviously they wouldn't exchange or replace it since it was past the 15 day policy Best Buy has. This was my first Insignia product and it did not make a good first impression.

You cannot go wrong with this product for the price. It definitely enhances the sound.

The Television was louder than the sound bar. I did better just listening thru the TV itself...

It an ok soundbar, I use it for gaming and I can hear foot steps, people talking..again it is a step up from the tv speakers...

When I went to the store they didn't have this set up so I couldn't hear the sound. However, based on the reviews I decided to get it anyway. It didn't have the power I wanted for the TV room so opted to put it in the bedroom where it's workable. If you want to get it for a kid fine, but otherwise get something with more power.

I was looking to upgrade the sound of my TV in the bedroom. This fit the bill perfectly. Voices come straight out at you while music and sound effects seem to be in surround sound. WAY better than the TV speakers especially at low volume.

I purchased this to replace a factory speaker on a Sharp TV. Easy installation. Good sound for TV shows. I have not used it for movies.

This has been a great soundbar but I wish the salesman would have told me I needed an optic cord to connect it to my TV

Didn't like the fact that it didn't have optical. It was easy to hook up but ended up buying a Samsung for a little bit more

I'm not to familiar with sound bars but this one seems to boost the volume when watching older movies that play quiet.

This soundbar is amazing for the price. I was trying to find one with bass and this is a great choice. Works perfect my room which I had to turn into an office for college.

Fair sound, had a humming noise took back bought Samsung bar 100 percent better.

We bought this hoping that it would improve the sound on our tv, but it did not. Then we found out that we bought a low end sound bar that was recommended to us by a Best Buy employee. I don't know why he told us this was a good product to buy, it was a waste of time and money to purchase this and then be told it was a bad recommendation. We will be returning it to the store and get a higher end sound bar.

Bought this for my bedroom TV. It is really light weight, but has great sound. Like the multi input including bluetooth, which is a great for music. Definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a great budget soundbar.
