bought this to help with tv sound and love it!!!!!

This soundbar is obviously best buys "generic" or store brand version. It's okay, I wish I would have waited personally though because I've seen some of the better sound bars or even sound system drop into the same price range since I bought mine.

As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. I connected this to a poor sounding TV and it did give a better sound but nothing to brag about. If you don't want to spend too much and don't have high expectations this will work for you.

My living room where I installed this sound bar is also where the main intake vent for my A/C is. That was the reason I was looking into a sound bar to begin with. In the summer months when the A/C is cycling every 20 min it can be difficult to hear the TV with its base internal speakers (especially at night when kids are sleeping and TV is low, there is no volume control on the A/C). This sound bar wasn't loud enough for my application. I still couldn't hear over the A/C and it didn't really "fill" the room with sound. Perhaps in a smaller living room and no A/C competition this would be a better solution. Didn't work for my application. Just too quiet.

This wouldn't work on my TV . All it did was buzz really loud. I hooked it up and unhooked it at least ten time to make sure I was doing it correctly. So I returned it and got my money back. Is this speaker any good? I guess I will never know.

If you're looking to improve the sound of your TV at a low price then this soundbar is for you and it's even bluetooth compatible. However if your looking for great sound then plan on spending a lot more money and buy a different soundbar.

This isn't a particularly great soundbar, but I'm using it for videoconferencing and voices are crystal clear. It's not pleasant for music, just tolerable for TV, but for my purposes, spot on.

good stuff if you need it. I had two sales people talking me into buying stuff I did not need. Product was returned.

I would recommend this product, especially for gym goers. Don't think you have to spend a ton. This product is great!

Purchased this for my tv when the on board sound died. Works great and was cheaper than repairing or buying a new tv

If volume goes to high it sounds bad but if your using just to get a better but not to much sound then a great use for it. I would recommend this to be used in a small bedroom.

Awesome for the price. Love it. My mother is hard of hearing and its perfect to increase volume without being LOUD.

I believe this Insignia Soundbar provides speaker clarity and volume that matches Soundbars costing twice as much.

Appeared to be a great buy at under $90, but was not compatible with Sharp 42" 1080p TV. I ended up paying $80 more for an LG sound bar with wireless subwoofer, nice, but more than I needed.

Insignia is becoming my favorite brand. I have purchased a tv, home stereo and now the sound bar. No regrets!

It works great in my small apartment! I have it in my living room and I can hear it in all the rooms just fine.

the sound bar works very well with the insiginia TV. I like the way it looks and how easy it works with the TV.
