Disappointed as had to return

The installers recommended a sound bar. We purchased and found it could not be connected without taking TV off the wall, hooking up the wires and placing TV back on wall. We are in our 70's. Called Best Buy and quoted $350 to install a $79 sound bar. We returned. Tried to buy a wireless but told it must be connected in same way. We were told there was no solution for us. If you may want a sound bar and are having installed, be sure and do at same time. We are sorely disappointed.
