Returned due to streaming issue

I had asked for a sound bar that I could use with my Samsung SMART TV with streaming. I explained that I stream 90% of the TV time. It does not work with streaming and with regular TV it was murky sounding. When I returned an associate was helpful and told me that NO it would not work with streaming and they were sorry I was told otherwise and would update staff.

Did not work

We got it home and it was missing parts, but we stole them off our old sound bar to get it working and then it still wouldn't work. We returned it and were very happy with the ease of the return process, but we have not yet replaced it. We will be going with another option next time there were just too many factors with this one.

Sound no different from TV

The sound was not very good on the TV so I thought the sound bar could enhance to audio. It really doesn't. You also have 3 ways to hook it to the television but only the headphone jack works, maybe that is why the sound is so poor. the audio jacks did not work nor did the TV have the fiber port.
