I wanted something simple to conned to my turntable and this did the job. Now enjoying having it connected to a TV and game console.

Added to my 48" Samsung smart TV (get an optional optical cable for optimal sound quality). Great price, adds a much needed realistic depth to the standard TV speaker sound. With the optical cable I can use it standalone or in combination with the TV speakers (preferred, just adjust sound settings to PCM and adjust your TV audio delay). Comes with a tiny remote with preset theme buttons: Standard, Theater, News, + Bass, Volume and mute of course. 17 volume levels. Highly recommended, must-have for watching movies. 5*

The sound bar has a good sound for the money but it really needs a sub woofer in order to make it complete.

I got this for my bedroom and only paid $50 on sale. The speakers on my new Insignia TV are sound terrible, so I was looking for any improvement without spending a lot of money. This soundbar is perfect for my basic tv watching needs. I connected it with an optical cable (not included) and the volume is controlled by my TV (via TV remote or buttons on TV). That was an unexpected bonus.

I just wanted something to help with the terrible sound on my flat screen. This has done the job great.

After seeing this item as a open box deal, this was a great find , sound quality is great and Bluetooth what a deal

Decided to give this sound bar a try based upon the reviews. I have a Vizio model tv and this works very well with it. The sound is a lot more powerful than I anticipated. Would definitely recommend.

This was my first time buying/using a sound bar and I am very pleased with this one. Insignia makes good stuff and this sound bar is a steal. It does take a little tweeking between the tv and the bar to get it where you want, but now I just wish I would have bought it sooner! :)

Can someone please HELP ME HOOK THIS THING UP TO A SMARTV SAMSUNG ... I can't get it to work ? So much for 2 ladies tiring to fix this stuff ....I'm about ready to toss it ..thank you who ever ...

Bought a 55" Samsung UHD tv but wasn't satisfied with the sound. Saw the reviews and price on this soundbar and decided to buy it. Great sound for the size and price. Was able to control it with my Directv remote and my movies sound better. Would highly recommend if on a budget for a soundbar.

I gave this four stars based on what I would think of as a budget sound bar, not in comparison to all sound bars on the market. I use this sound bar in a 10' x 15' loft for gaming and TV and on my outdoor BBQ for TV and music. It performs well for both tasks. I merely needed a sound bar to extend the reach of the audio to a larger area as the TV didn't do well outdoors. This isn't the type of sound bar that will immerse you into whatever it is you're watching and clearly, there's not going to be a lot of bass. As you can tell, I'm not an audiophile, so like most products, this works and makes me happy is what you'll get out of my review. I purchased this sound bar when it was on sale.

I purchased this for my father-in-law and was sorely disappointed. The device worked and I was able to program his TV remote to control the sound bar as well. However, the volume on the sound bar was lower than was capable by his Vizio TV speakers. He eventually took it back and paid more to get a larger bar with a sub. I had high hopes with other reviews giving it a good rating, but my experience was not good.

Great unit in conjunction with my 39" Insignia LED TV. Recommend you use optional digital(Tosink) audio cable. Hookup is easy although the digital cable needs to be lined up correctly to plug in!

Realized my TV was not able to put out great sound one day, so went to pick up a soundbar that could get the job done. Found this one on sale & used a gift card that I had laying around. Now I have great sound coming out of the TV - as well as a way to just pump music from my phone via the bluetooth connection.

This was a fantastic sound bar, much louder than the Vizio I had.

I got this sound bar on sale for $60.00 and I am very pleased with its quality for that price. This sound is clear and projects quite well in my living room. Much louder than the built in speakers of my TV and no cables like a surround sound.

Easy setup Nice Sound Several different sound settings. The one thing that bugs me is that the power indicator light is located on top of the speaker so you can't tell if it is on/off or just muted while seated.

I love this sound bar. Very simple to hook up. The only thing it takes a while to figure out the sound but once that's done.... ITS GREAT!

I like it overall, but I wish it was a bit louder.
