Our flatscreen sits on the wall and the speakers are on the back of the tv, which filters a lot of sound into my son's room. The sound bar fixed that issue. The sound is now projected forward into the living area. The sound is very clear! The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because there needs to be a little more transition in between volume levels. It kind of goes from too quiet to too loud. But it's not a huge deal.

Great Addition to the Home Theater

Even if you don't have surround sound or a subwoofer to connect it to, this is a GREAT addition. It makes a huge difference.

Saw the Insignia at a very reasonable price and bought it. Took it home and hooked it right up. It doesn't have quite the range of a full system, but it works great for the size room it's in.
