||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this product for my son since we travel quite a bit arms wanted the car charger, it will NOT hold the ds2 hand held set, the ear phones, car charger and any extra games in plastic containers and have the ability to close properly and don't even think you can add the wall charger because that won't fit either- also there is no carrying handle like the first case I ever bought- why would a "travel" case not have a carry handle?! It would probably fir a lot more with the ds3 since it is slimmer but it does state that it's universal for all the ds players- we are using the case for storage of the car charger head phones and wall charger and it is difficult to zip shut :(

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The actual product does NOT have "NEW" on the front of the case. It says "Nintendo 3DS". BUT the little piece of paper of instructions does say it is compatible with New3DS and the outside of the packaging also says "NEW". Unfortunately, this Zip Case has elastic bands which hold the console, in place of a velcro pouch which is VERY disappointing to me. When a New3DSXL console is in it's elastic bands, the case doesn't close easily if the headset OR powerplug are in side, and you can see bulges from the outside.... Not a great case. IF you have a large console, you will stretch out the case if you keep all the accessories that come with it inside. Also the elastic mesh pouch almost fits a 3dsxl comfortably. If you wanted, you could fit two consoles in the case if you didn't have games in the slots. For what it is, and the price, I give three stars. First reason, the elastic bands in place of fleece and velcro pouch. Second reason, you can NOT fit all accessories games and console without stretching out the zipper or bulging the hardshell. I do like the pen stylus and I don't really care for the headphones, not too shabby imo.
