I am grateful for the employee that lead me to this investment. He asked if I needed help, I then explained what I was trying to do. He lead me to an apple product that was for my laptop that is a Lenovo windows 10 system. I would have never assumed it was compatible had he not explained how it all works. THANK YOU

It's a good device. It served the purpose of connecting my TV to my Computer. It's good to explore the options we have when it comes to connecting TV's to Computers. And yes...I would recomend this device.... 8/23/2019

I haven't really been successful using this because I was trying to turn my lapto into a monitor for my firestick when I am away from the house. Closest I got was a blank screen when I plugged it in. I am sure it works when used as intended

I bout this to support a second 27" monitor on my laptop while working from home. This adapter nis great and works well. Good purchase. I'm glad I went with this instead of buying an adapter on Amazon that would have taken longer to ship.

This video adapter is just what the tech ordered! It takes a USB port and makes it HDMI functional. It works great with the newer 3.0 and it is backwards compatible, although the slower 2.0 loses a little clarity. The 3.0 is just like having a dedicated HDMI. Great product.

Heather at Best Buy was very helpful with my wife and I when we told her we wanted to connect our 2015 MacBook Air to our Samsung TV. It is frustrating that there are so many connection options for devices and we always seem to be lacking the proper connection.

I needed to hook up two monitors for additional work space on my desktop. Two monitors make it so much easier to work and have multiple sites or programs open at the same time. This product was the one thing I was missing. Great sales person, very knowledgeable. Thank you!!

I needed a connection to my computer for media and I did not have the right usb hub. I was lucky to find this connection and it was exactly what I needed. Just wish that it came with multiple usb ports as well.

I would love to say my review is about the product, but it is more about the consultant at Best Buy knowing what I needed to insure my computer worked properly. The gentleman that helped me out saved the day - in addition to that, the product works great!

I plugged it in so I could get my laptop to support three monitors. I have two HDMI only 24" TVs that I use with my laptop. One on the left and one on the right of my Laptop. It's been great during the shutdown.

This product does the job. I purchased a new Lenovo laptop to connect with my two 32 inch HP Monitors and there were a limited number of HDMI ports on my laptop. This works perfectly.

if pc lacks a hdmi port on your pc; this is a great alternative. if plug and play doesn't work for you, you might have to go online to down load the software.

I was apprehensive about this at first, since I do video, photo, and music editing on my computer and needed fast response. I have been pleasantly surprised by how well this worked. I use this to run a third screen off of my Lenovo laptop.

The list expensive way that I found to connect 2 monitors to my laptop that has one HDMI

Bought this due to company laptop only having one HDMI output but needed two monitors. This product worked just fine and didn’t require any additional drivers although a mini CD is included.

The adapter kept on disconnecting causing the external monitor to freeze, not sure if it was a driver issue. Returned and bought ANKER adapter from Target and it is working fine so far.

Insignia has updated their website from the time the item was packaged. You have to dig around for the drivers but one we had them it works like a dream. 5 stars if the drivers we easier to find.

We use this to enlarge the PC screen so our son can comfortably do distance learning for school. It keeps him from having to look down hunched over a computer all day.

Needed to add another monitor to my computer (my video card only supports 2 monitors). I was concerned that there may be a problem with lag. This is certainly not the case. If there is any delay I can't notice it. Works great

Easy plug and play. Thanks to best buy rep for recommendating. Now im able to connect two huge monitors plus laptop for work with no issues
