The only issue I have is that the latency on the display is pretty bad. This would not work well for videos, and may even be slow for general things like browsing webpages.

I had to disconnect and reconnect to make the external drive show up again.

BB is taking advantage of the current "work remote" trend, shame on you. Second, I bought this and less than 90 days later it doesn't consistently work. I called to find out if I could replace it for a working one and was on hold 1 hr 20 minutes before I could talk to the Online Dept. They told me I had to directly contact the manufacturer. POOR, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Sad.
