Daughter Is Using Now in France

Easy to change out adapters. However, always make sure to grab the adapter when unplugging as it often remains stuck in the wall.

Contacted product support and they submitted a warranty claim and stated I would hear back in 3 business days. 8 business days later I got an email accusing me of lying and stating that connected products aren’t covered. Also didn’t even offer to replace the faulty one. Bad customer service, bad product, run for the hills. There are better options.
