It might fit outlets in other South American countries, but the box should have a disclaimer indicating it does not work for Brazil. I cannot make any assessment regarding how the product works because I could not use it.

Converted 230vac 50 to 115 60 to power my razor,Laptop, Cell charger. Only thing I noticed was the chargers seemed to be running hotter than normal and charging took longer. I suspect that output was not a clean 60hz.
