Contacted product support and they submitted a warranty claim and stated I would hear back in 3 business days. 8 business days later I got an email accusing me of lying and stating that connected products aren’t covered. Also didn’t even offer to replace the faulty one. Bad customer service, bad product, run for the hills. There are better options.

I took it to Australia and it broke my wife's Dyson Hair Straightener the second I tried to turn it on. I will never trust Insignia products going forward for expensive/over priced stuffs like dysons.
