It was clear someone had used it and returned it incomplete. I wish better care had been taken to make sure the item was complete before reselling.

We used to have one but totally different from this one. This one is very convenient. Allows us to charge not only any electronic but also more than one phone. Does not take up much space and comes with its own pouch to carry it without losing any pieces.

I don’t know what happened but out of the blue 1 of the outlets stopped working and smelt like smoke.
