Unacceptable Overseas Vacation Converter

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It is missing two plug connectors for being in Italy It is too heavy The mail plugs extending out from the unit don’t retract Most of the time the converter has to plug in sideways and it falls out of the socket unless I put some books under it or something to support it.. It should have a screw out support knob on two sides to stabilize it
