When I plugged in the adapter/converter it is to heavy and fell out of the outlet. I had to hold it in place to use it. I would not recommend this item.

I wish i could return it since it didn't work for my trip at all, but by the time i was back return window was closed :( I did test it at Vienna(Austria) airport, where it worked - so i'm assuming it works in few parts of Europe
