The prongs would consistently get stuck in the outlets or would not go in easily. I should have known when I bought it when I saw another box on the rack that had been opened and returned with bent prongs. I see why that happened now.

The plug on the back is for Northern Europe and the other plugs in the picture fit over it OR you can use them individually by putting the US plug in them as well.
