When trying to use on laptop, internal circuits started burning and making short circuit sound so had to return.

Both Stopped working after the first use charging phones and computers in Norway. I recommend just buying a usb charger when you arrive in the destination airport or at the grocery store in the country you visit.

Stopped working after a couple of days.

It worked for the first couple of days, and then it stopped working. I wasn't able to test to see if it was the UK adapter that wasn't working.

The One for the 3 prong jack never worked. We could not use our laptop or hair dryer with this unit. The One with the 2 prong jack did work and we were able to use it to charge our cell phones only. We hope we can simply bring it back to the store & exchange it this week!

I got to Spain and it did not fit the receptacle so much for expert service. I am not happy. I needed adapter so I could use my curling iron and blow dryer. Not good for business use!

Unplugged it for a little while and plugged it back in and it blew the converter. Very disappointed. Should have known better. Would not recommend unless you are using this for an old laptop or phone use only.

Returning - did not fit sockets at new or old hote

The packaging claimed this adaptor set would work world-wide, but I was only able to use it at 1 hotel as the large rectangular adaptor would not fit into the recessed triangular-shaped sockets at the other hotels (some were old & some were recently built modern hotels). I will be returning this product.
