My hair straightener had smoke coming out of it after being plugged in for 10 seconds. Waste of money.

After that, the adapter outlet died and the the converter outlet started cutting on and off and overheating. Hopefully im able to find a replacement before my phone dies.

It has been one month and both have failed. One failed within a couple weeks and is completely dead (took out a phone charger with it) both the adapter and the voltage converter. I can't even use it with my 240v compatible devices! The other failed today and lead me to write this review. Reliability is extremely important when it comes to adapters like this, and these failed spectacularly. I could give more minor complaints about the design and the way the adapters slot in, but there is no need. It doesn't work. Not even as a simple adapter.

Purchased from Best Buy for a trip to Australia, power converter function did not work at all and blew out one of our devices. Couldn't return the product as I was out of the country and the return period has expired. Complete waste of money.

NOT COOL I did buy an open box item but I had assumed it was all in tact.
