Owned it for less than a week, Bought it for taking group pictures at a family reunion. Broke at the neck just below the clamp which holds the cell phone while I was adjusting the tripod to aim my iPhone's camera. Very frail design, the plastic isn't strong enough to support the weight of the phone while user is adjusting the pivoting neck. Had to make a duct tape field repair to get the pictures taken. Would've been SOL had I not channeled Macgyver. Best Buy allowed me to return it for a refund, no questions asked.

Highly recommend this tripod. Remote is great and hooks up easy to Bluetooth.

Center balance is not good on tripod when phone is in clamp. Clamp material is too hard, tore my case in multiple places. Remote switch doesn’t work on video for iPhone.

The package indicated it would hold an iPhone 7 Plus (up to 5.5 inches) and its blue tooth push button that would allow me to set the phone at a distance from me and both open and close my video with that button. The tripod did not "hold" my phone. Its jaws did not open to permit the phone to be held. It could only be balanced on the tripod. The blue tooth button was of short duration. When I recorded my fifteen minute video I could not stop the recording with the button. I had to reach forward and turn it off directly. Not what I wanted.

This product fell apart during my first use. The bracket to hold the phone is a little stiff so getting the phone in takes some force. It might loosen up over time.

Worked great the first two times, the third time I went to use it the part that actually holds the phone broke. Not made for wide phones

This tripod is great. Durable and ready to use always. I recommend it for those of you really desiring to be IN holiday pictures by you using your phone. This device comes in handy.

i love it, it works fine and the no box purchased is just like new but i wish it could extended like 5 inches more, the bluetooth connection works for Iphone and my blu phone.

I purchased this product for taking pictures when i go hiking. It doesnt hold my phone steadily. Also, i havent had it for more than 2 months and one of the legs broke.

Never in my life have I been able to take better pictures of myself (which is great since my narcissism knows no bounds). Everyone always ask, "Do you have a personal photographer following you around?" Nope just a tiny tripod and great angles.

Overall it's a decent tripod but the swivel is plastic and does not feel that sturdy. I've found similar ones for half the price after I bought this.

I like the bluetooth remote for taking pictures, which works very well with my Samsung Galaxy S6 (i.e. Android device). I think the tripod is poorly designed and not very durable. After only a few uses the tripod broke into two pieces (I never dropped it or was rough with it). It broke just above the tighten-able connection that allows the camera to be tilted forward and back. Portions of this product should not be 100% brittle plastic.

I don't like that it can only be landscape and not portrait.

This tripod makes taking selfies amazing. The bluetooth remote is easily hidden in my hand, so the pictures don't even look like selfies! The phone clamp stretches to fit phones as large as a Samsung Note 5.

Good quality in a budget. Could have been a tad taller. Still, a really nice tripod.

This is a great tripod for the money. Very useful as a tripod and as a image stabilizer if filming on the go.

The shutter button works very well. The stand is so small it measures about six inches and doesn't expand.

I really didn't know what to expect when I bought this product. I just really needed a way to take pictures of myself in my clothing line clothes. But now since I've used it I love it!
