I picked the pieces up and thought they had to be attached together. The did not need to be attached; the tripod was broken.

The stand for the phone looked like it was a flexible cord to maneuver. It is not! Not even sure how I can return and get what I need. Frustrated. Service for curbside delivery was 5 stars!!!!!

This made it hard to take pictures and videos. I had to use other items to hold the legs up which was pointless. If you have an iPhone plus I wouldn't recommend this tripod.
