I called the manufacturer customer service multiple times to request a replacement but all they did was to lie to me that it will be delivered within 7 to 10 business days. Two weeks later, nothing was delivered. I later got to know after I made several follow up calls that the replacement will have to come from China and it will take at least 60 days before it can be delivered to me.

Poor Quality

There's a long scratch on one of the selves and that was from out of the box. The glass in doors do not stay, but you can use wood glue to hold the wood together. Not what you would expect from Best Buy, it's more on the level of second hand store quality. The price I pais for this item was not worth it.

The cabinet arrived with a broken door hinge so the last cabinet door won't securely fasten. I contacted support and they don't have extra hinges..... so the whole thing has to go back. I'm not going to put another together. Maybe you'll have better luck than me.

Only purchase this if you have a smaller tv and no electronics

This was so disgusting as a best by plus member.

It also does not feel sturdy. I didnt even bother actually trying to put my tv on the stand because I didn't want to risk the tv.
