Missing leg, couldn't even put it together

I purchased this and brought it home only to find out it had two legs labeled "I". It was supposed to have an "H" & an "I". So i contacted best buy, nothing they could do, because they had no more in stock. So i contacted insignia to see if they could send me the leg that i was missing, they told me they don't keep spare parts. So i had to re-package the whole tv stand and bring it back. Very frustrating!!

Cheap material

Do not buy!!

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My husband and I just spent 2 hours trying to put together, to have hardware break on us, one side really loose and not sturdy while the other side was, and everything else. We decided to try to return it since we can’t even try to fix it since some hardware broke while we were trying to install it. Now we have to try to figure out how to return and take apart this massive entertainment center. Not worth all the trouble.

Tv stand

Just like everything else i experienced from best buy. I am so glad there's Walmart. From this product to the complete and total lack of customer service. Yes, i returned it. Insignia, there house brand. The brand and Best Buy go hand in hand. Junk

Poor Quality

One piece was broken and I had glue it in order to use it. Taking it back was basically impossible since it was the last piece out of an overpacked box. Two door hinges didn’t work. I basically had to hobble it together. I would not buy this again nor would I recommend anyone buying it.

Poor service

Defective product

I paid a professional fitter to solve the problem. I would rather pay than having to come down from the second floor with the super heavy box. Unfortunately I am very unhappy with this purchase.

Box and item came damaged

Pretty much the last time too. Box came beat....up. Item in box was broken with broken pieces. If I were home when this was delivered I would of told them to take it right back. Very poor. Sorry Best Buy.

Nice but received twice in bad condition.

Unfortunately, I received it the first and it had 2 horrible, and noticeable, scratches. I returned it for a new one and the 2nd one was damaged. I returned that one as well. I have yet to find a tv stand.
