    Quality of materials is poor, the doors are not fitting 100%. looks nice only when you look at it from a big distance. When you come closer you can tell it's cheap.

    Nice Stand Missing parts and poor support

    WARNING! There are small screws in each door that secure the hinges, they do not show up on the parts list. After assembling the product the last door was missing these screws. You cannot secure the door without these screws. I called for replacement parts but they do not have them. The only option was to completely return the product or buy them yourself.

    Instruction just fair. REALLY BAD finish, (think stain on thin plywood color) Difficult build it yourself with awful hardware, too little glue ect STAY AWAY

    Horrible Damage, Poor Return Process

    Product arrived cracked, broken, and with little blocks of wood broken off everywhere. The return process is a hassle - I would need to take off work for a pickup and wait for new packaging to arrive. The stand itself is pretty cheap looking due to all of the cracks. The doors look nice & the fact you can switch out glass for panels would be cool if the rest of the stand wasn't in pieces.

    Best Buy/Insignia JUST Ship me ONE shelf Please!!!

    I've tried exchanging this TV stand and Best Buy/Insignia keeps shipping it out with one BUSTED shelf. Instead of just sending me one good shelf, they want me to keep disassembling it and exchange the whole TV stand. It's very frustrating to have to go through this multiple times with a usually reputable company that has the ability to fix it easily. Case ID# 243725001

    We were missing a part.

    Upon assembling this product we noticed that we were missing a part, I have made many attempts at getting said part and nothing! I am not taking a big TV stand back for one bolt (bolt y to be more specific). When spending a lot of money you want everything that should be included!
