Glad I did. The perfect stand for my perfect 65" TV. Securely holds everything up to 65". Heavy construction. Very easy to assemble and install. Quality item for a fair price.

Stand is good - BB Service is trash

I didn't order an open box, there was just an issue providing me the right product. And the open box I got had some of the hardware packages opened and removed. It looked as if someone had ordered this, pulled out what they needed, and returned the box. When dealing with the customer service folks, while trying to be nice, were completely unable to provide me any solution other than that I could drive back across town to return the product and place a new order. Essentially, a "yeah, that sucks, have a nice day". I ended up going to home depot to pick up the couple of washers and bolts that were missing since it was closer than Best Buy. This isn't really a complaint about the individuals on the support channel either, they are not empowered to actually do their jobs.
