With the ability to adjust the height of the TV along with the swivel feature viewing pleasure was additionally enhanced.

The directions were not completely clear, but was able to figure it out after laying all of the parts out. Excellent for a TV where the legs have been lost or misplaced.

I didn't order an open box, there was just an issue providing me the right product. And the open box I got had some of the hardware packages opened and removed. It looked as if someone had ordered this, pulled out what they needed, and returned the box. When dealing with the customer service folks, while trying to be nice, were completely unable to provide me any solution other than that I could drive back across town to return the product and place a new order. Essentially, a "yeah, that sucks, have a nice day". I ended up going to home depot to pick up the couple of washers and bolts that were missing since it was closer than Best Buy. This isn't really a complaint about the individuals on the support channel either, they are not empowered to actually do their jobs.

Good product and doing the job!

Swivel is smooth and the TV does NOT feel like it will tip over easily. We do not have small children and thus the risk of being 'pulled' over is very low. If you have children or jumpy pets, you may want to add a safety cable to the wall. My issue is with the packaging and shipping. This is a heavy item with very little packaging to prevent the parts from banging against themselves. Luckily, ours is only minor scratched, but the packaging should be improved because the smaller metal parts can 'float around' and bang up the other parts.
