Raises the TV up fine.

One downside is the mount blocks 1 HDMI port on my TV, but that has more to do with the mounting style built onto my TV.

I sit in front of my TV and my furniture doesn't move. Occasionally, someone walking by with get too close to the tv and push it at an angle because this stand rotates right to left. Then later, I'll be watching tv and realize that the screen is crooked. I knew this going in, and thought that I could tighten things, but I can't. If you have a flex space, this is a good pick. If you like a free-rotating tv stand, this is definitely a good pick. If you have a living room and furniture that isn't on wheels, you might want to look elsewhere or just try being less picky than I am.

It was very easy to assemble and attach to the TV. I wish it rotated a little bit more, but it is still great.

But besdies that amazing stand !
