One complication/design flaw was that the lower mounting bar is so large that it crossed over the analog video/audio ports that were rear mounted. Most VESA mounts have vertical brackets...this one doesn't. I had to use the spacers that would normally be employed for a TV with a curved back. The spacers raised both mounting bars off of the back of the unit enough so that the lower one cleared the connectors. Luckily, I didn't intend to use those analog connectors. If I do need them, I'll need to break out the hacksaw.

Had it installed, glad I did it took 2 of them 40 min. to setup with install del of TV.
