It came with an impressive array of screws, washers and other hardware, many of which were unneeded for my set. However, i found some screws not included were necessary. I also discovered a design flaw where only two small screws were to attach the vertical assembly to the horizontal bars attached to the rear of the TV; they immediately popped off when the TV and stand were raised. To me, an inferior product.
