This is an extremely heavy item and just to replace it is a huge effort. Best Buy says they are unable to just replace pieces that were damaged. The front panels are a thin wood laminate that seems easily broken. The black film under the top glass seems to be peeling.

It was assembled already by the time we notice the shelves were broken on the bottom of the box. so they would not take it Back????? they wanted it disassembled and put back in the box. I bought a new one and this one sits in an extra room not being used. I was told that there was nothing they could do because of the vendor. very displeased after having spent so much money on appliances with them.

Nice looking Stand but very Heavy

Best Buy shipped another unit out immediately and picked up the damaged stand. Second stand had a broken support tab on the lower level. I was able to create a cross brace to fix the problem. The stand looks great and was worth repairing. So glad Best Buy stood behind their product!
