This is a beautiful piece of furniture but one board was drilled clear through which wasn’t supposed to happen. The piece was already put together when this last board’s defect was discovered. I called Insignia and they couldn’t just send the board wanted whole thing returned. I called and emailed Best Buy but got no response. Very frustrating.

This stand is a perfect addition to our living room furniture. It has plenty of space to place our books and other electronics

Although the stand looks nice the dividers on both sides that hold the shelves in place didn't hold the av receiver slipped and propped up.from underneath Bad design

1st stand returned because of glaring defects. 2nd stand has slight dents in metal part of stand. Workmanship could be better. Overall a nice looking stand.

picked up from store hauled it home put it together and noticed one of the door frames was broken because of the problems we had just getting me a stand in one piece I have not said anything and will probably fix it myself but I will look a lot closer at buying that kind of product from Best Buy

Came damaged and returned it. Door pane was off and screws were not lined up.

Great piece, looks good in any mid-century modern room, but heavy as all get out and the piece I got was damaged.

I paid $349 for this stand and after getting it setup I noticed several dents in the metal frame. They are subtle enough and its painted flat back that I didn't see them till it was done with the TV on it. It's nice looking otherwise but now the dents stick out to me. This is very pricey for the lower quality, $349 is high, it is more like a $149 stand even without the dents.

I love the look of if but some of the shelves didn't line up on ours so they wobble back and forth.

Very nice looking AV cabinet but just as badly engineered and manufactured. When I placed my receiver on the shelf the structure collapsed. I had to fabricate two pices of metal to add to the frame to make it usable,

broken part ....glass holder damaged ...didnt want to go thru drama of returning

I should have believed the other reviews. The glass top has 4 brackets that attach it to the stand, 2 of the brackets are in line and 2 of the brackets are so far misaligned that you can't put the thumbscrew in. I'll remove and reattach the brackets rather than return, but really poor quality control for a $300 tv stand.

Ordered the stand to go with the TV. !st cabinet came, had the geek squad come to assemble it, all the glass was shattered, 2nd one came, geek squad put it together and it was horrible, when you opened the doors they fell apart, some pieces did not fit well, very unsatisfied with this product.

Unit was broken when unpacked and required repairing

Nice looking tv stand. Quick shipping and fast delivery. Only problem is that one of the glass shelves came completely destroyed. Glass was everywhere inside the box

Had broken glass when I opened the package. Call the company in the Instruction Manual and they gave me the run-around. Still have not received my replacement glass! Extremely poor customer service! The worst!

Besides waiting three months for the product due to shipping issues and damage to the first TV stand, the product is working fine.

Top glass is defective and bubbles, so I have to call in to try and get a replacement top under warranty. It's only one month old.

This is a solid piece of furniture! Very happy with the purchase! We viewed this piece in store and i fell in love with it. It's very sleek! Super easy to put together, was done in a matter of 15 minutes (with 2 kids running around). It seems to be holding up so far. My only complaint is that one of the doors was broken when we received it. I'm not sure if it was poor quality or if it was damaged during the shipping. I gorilla glued the crack and you can't tell its even there now. Overall, couldn't be happier with this purchase! A fine quality piece of furniture.
