I cut a prefinished shelf from my old cabinet to use as risers for the shelf on the left side and eliminated the one on the right completely

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After unpacking, I found that the left side door frame was cracked on top and bottom and the door glass was falling out. One of the wood side panels also has an 8 " crack. The Quality of this product is poor. This cabinet needs a center support that pulls in the front and rear cabinet framing together so that the wood shelf supports seat properly in their tracks. I had to make my own otherwise the shelves would not have been strong enough to support themselves let alone any equipment you plane on sitting on them. The cracked door frame and side panel were very disappointing after spending $349 for this thing. this cabinet was delivered to my house and there was no visable damage to the shipping box to make me think anything was wrong with it. If it wasn't such a hassle I would have returned this unit but i decided to live with the cracked wood pieces.

The box was in good condition but when opened I discovered the right door was broken off and one of the glass shelves was chipped. I picked the stand out in the store and didn't read the reviews showing that often a door is broken. Best Buy offered to send a UPS label out so I could re-box and send back but I didn't receive it. I'm renting a truck to take it back and won't be purchasing an Insignia item again or purchasing from Best Buy. I will be out the time and an extra $50 to return this. If you buy it, open the box there in the store and check it. Do not have it shipped.

I had them deliver the first one and it was broken. I called ahead for my second one so I don't waste time driving back and forth and asked to have the box inspected. They said no damage and for me to pick up. Got home, frame bent, left door broken in half, right door scratched. Are you kidding me Best Buy? Get it together! You just lost a valuable customer.

Shattered glass.
