    Item never arrived and it said that it was on the way. I spent a month waiting and I couldn't even cancel the item, customer service didn't know anything, I had to speak to 2 different stores but none of them knew the problem. Telephone customer service is the worst that I had dealt in a long time, even in the store, there were a lot of people that just didn't care.

    It's not nearly strongly built as described. It's not real wood. The instructions are horrible. Took 5 hours to put it together. If you buy this pay the fee to have it assembled

    I am currently waiting for a replacement because the first one I ordered showed up to my house with part of the upper panel broken off. Very disappointed because I need this to support my new much larger TV. I want to say it’s a great product but the fact that it showed up broken is not giving me a lot of hope. It’s still a very affordable item that can support a very heavyweight. I would still recommend it despite my experience.

  • Beware: Cabinet is only 15.5 inches deep

    I bought this to use with a 75" TV. The specs said the stand is 16.45 inches deep, but that includes the door handles. It is really only 15.5 inches deep. The legs supplied with the TV I bought are 15.75 inches front front to back. I had to buy a set of aftermarket legs that attach to the VESA wall mount holes to use the stand (cost $50.).
