Bought to use with my Insignia tv and Wow digital adapter. Works as it should. The remote doesn’t offer any macros, but it gets the job done with out being too intuitive. I like that the smart tv features work with this remote.

I wanted a remote that would work the TV, Sound Bar, and a Roku device. This remote claimed to do all that, but did not work with the Roku and did not have the ability to adjust volume from any of the device functions (called master volume). If you just want it to run a TV and/or sound bar and don't mind constantly having to select function buttons to adjust volume or change a channel, this remote will work. I can't speak for the quality or life span because I returned it after 2 hours of trying to get it working.

I wasn't sure if it would have my DYNEX TV on the list of available TVS but it did and all the buttons work with the TV. It was also super easy to setup. I haven't had a remote for years. I should have picked up a universal remote a long time ago.

The remote that came with my television died and I wanted something to take its place. This was recommended by the clerk in the store, it took me awhile to get it synced with the television, but once I did, it worked great.

When My TV remote went out in the middle of the evening the only store that was open was Best Buy. The sale rep was very helpful and assisting with upselling me the Best Buy brand versus the other.

Its an alright universal remote. Bought when for one of my crt TV remote was missing. Though it was missing features it a solid remote.

Bought this remote for 24" Vizio tv that we lost the remote for. It works great and like that it has numbers on it compared to most of the newer smart remote controls that no longer have numbers.

I have an insignia brand tv so i bought this, I don’t know if its my tv or this remote but sometimes when i turn the on/off button it wont turn on/off and my tv will stay on and i have to turn it off manually, I’m not sure what the cause is because when i first bought this remote it worked fine, some time after about a week the on/off button wouldn’t work then later it did, and after some time it didn’t work again and it still hasn’t worked for a while now.

I purchased this remote to replace the worn-out program Guide button on the old remote for my Insignia TV. I am able to access all features (including the Guide for OTA programs).

The remote is just a normal remote and works how expected! The worker, Kaleb, was super nice and made my trip to Best Buy ten times easier by helping me navigate through the store.

Great experience from gentleman that helped us with our selection in store. Ended up with Samsung range top and vent. Arrived when expected. Best price around after shopping.
