    Wont turn on soundbar and tv at the same time, programming is difficult and confusing. No back button for smart tv making navagation impossible in app menus.

      Hi, Gary.

      Thank you for taking a moment to share you review. This remote can be paired with up to two devices at a time, but it cannot work with those two devices at the exact same time. Since it is a replacement for general TVs it does not come with a button for smart features. If you like, you can take advantage of the 15 day return period that Best Buy grants you by taking the remote and the receipt back to the store.

    Doesn’t work for my LG UHD 4K tv. Only powers on and off and works with volume after set up. Wouldn’t switch mode (Input) or Smart TV mode. Might be best for Insigna devices only. Totally wasted my cash

    This remote control was not able to be programmed with my PHillips TV. Tried many codes, but nothing worked for us. Have to return it.

    I wanted a new remote so I went to best buy I to get one,I talked to couple then I was recomend to me,I bought the remote when got home and try to turn on the tv nothing tried over and over then I put back in the and return it

    Not for old roku stick replacement

    Wouldn't work with my older Roku stick, who's remote stopped working and no one anywhere selling a replacement remote. Ended up returning this no so universal remote.

    I got a Roku TV open-box however for some weird reason there was a remote that's my solution to this was to suggest that I purchased an additional remote this remote which does not work for my TV at all and does not resolve the issue of being able to use the smart features of the Roku TV this is not a good replacement remote if you have a Roku TV and are trying to replace your Roku remote

    When you tried to call for help, the phone number operator told me that they no longer offer tech support for the product. The RCA device did not work on my RCA tv. Very frustrating.

    I told the salesman what I needed and supplied my tv specifications. He said this would fit the bill. I followed the instructions for all the different possible variations and it never would sync up and control my device.

    Only for insignia TV's & Soundbar. I have a Samsung TV & Insignia Soundbar, but it only works with one internet provider, which I do not have. I wan't my money back!

    Best Buy employee told me it would work for the Amazon Fire TV and it did not. Took the TV and the remote to the store and they couldn't get it to work.
