Thank you for taking a moment to share you review. This remote can be paired with up to two devices at a time, but it cannot work with those two devices at the exact same time. Since it is a replacement for general TVs it does not come with a button for smart features. If you like, you can take advantage of the 15 day return period that Best Buy grants you by taking the remote and the receipt back to the store.

Not for old roku stick replacement

He said this would fit the bill. I followed the instructions for all the different possible variations and it never would sync up and control my device.
