The control seems to stop functioning, I would have to start the “set up” process almost once a week. Not sure if it’s just the one I have but I needed a temporary remote. Might have to go spend a lot more for a better controller

DIdn't work completely for me

I had to return it for another universal remote.

I have a Vizio and couldn’t connect to settings to connect WiFi and other apps.

Remote Control

Didn't work on my Sharp T.V. to change channels.

When it didn't work i called Best Buy technical and was told that this brand of T.V. will not change to selected channels with a remote, only one at a time with channel up and channel down. Wish the salesman had checked with them so I would not have wasted my time and effort trying it and then having to return it.

Thank you for your review on our Universal Remote. I am sorry to read about the experience you are going through. However, this is because most of the TV models these days, does not have a way to change channels using the numbers on the remote.
As the salesman told you, since this remote did not suit your needs, please take it back to the store.

Had to return, did not work even after programming

Returned and got a different remote online that worked flawlessly, so the TV wasn't the problem. Maybe I just received a bad unit.
