    The sales kid said that it wasn't even necessary to program it for major brands such as Sony. WRONG! After three unsuccessful attempts to follow the microscopic instructions included I gave up, At least I only wasted $10.

    There are so many instructions with this remote, and all in tiny print. I was able to get the remote to play the DVD, but not FF, Pause, Stop or open/close the DVD. When my power went out in my house, I had to reprogram the remote.

    Could not connect to LG plasma TV

    I was unable to connect it to my tv using any of the methods outlined in the manual. After an hour of trying different methods I gave up. Spend a bit more money and buy a Logitech harmony.

    For the first 2-3 weeks this remote worked fine. But a couple of days ago it quit working. Now I have to figure out how to return or exchange it......this does not make me happy.

    It says that it automatically connects to any insights tv, and it lies. It did not connect to my insignia tv, nor could I even program it to my tv!
