Even after I installed this, it still ran hot, but did not disconnect as often. I bought a small fan for about $5, put that behind it, and with the upright stand and small fan, it has not disconnected since.

I originally received a estimated shipment date but it came and went. After about a week of that I was told that it was delayed and would arrive later. After another week I was basically told that they may not be able to get this and if they can't then my order would be canceled and I wouldn't be charged. That's exactly what happened. Seems like a good product but I wouldn't know because they never sent it to me.

The instructions are poor and the screw broke off in my PS4 trying to screw it in. Even though your console will fit in the base, it matters which direction you place it for a PS$ and PS4 Slim. The base is supportive, but I have to find a screw to hold my console to it. Frustrating.
