Kept getting an error message. Everything was connected tightly and turned the power off and on as suggested. I am sure it works well with other things but if you are buying for a Wii U, Switch, etc DO NOT DO IT!!!

Looked online and found that's not unusual for this product. What a waste of my gas and time driving to Best Buy for this, now I have to waste more giving it back...
