Perfect for notebooks which aren't equipped with ethernet ports, this converts a USB port to ethernet. Works as advertised.

Worked as advertised. I had to call the manufacture because I needed a link to download. My IMac did not have a CD driver.

I didnlt like that the cord was so short. I feel it does its purpose. I would preferred it in black. But over all it was a good device. I would recommend it to a friend.

I plugged this into my laptop. It loaded the driver. I plugged in my network cable. I was on the network. Worked perfectly.

Most low-end or ultra-thin laptops don't come with a wired Ethernet adapter built-in, and this works great with no fuss.

Using it to connect my Samsung tab to play on Oculus but this slows it down, not getting enough speed, maybe I will try the higher version usd for better speed.

Works like a charm, great product for the price. Used it to setup my wifi router and modem. Made the setup a breeze.

This device does exactly what it says, and allows network traffic to scream once it is working. The only issue was the lack of support for Windows 10 out of the box. The provided CD software had to be transferred to a flash drive to get it to the laptop (with no optical drive), and then it wouldn't install. I had to dig into my 22+ years of technical experience to force Windows to recognize the device and go searching for drivers on the internet. Now my son, who uses this on his laptop at college, is able to get off the slower and erratic Wi-Fi and use the hardline in his dorm room.

I needed the ability to go hardwired at times when updating devices and wireless won't work. This dongle works great!

Got a new laptop, wireless only, no Ethernet port. I believe in wires and like to use cable rather than wireless. What can I say, I'm old. The adaptor worked as expected, got the job done, no problem. I subsequently replaced it with a USB hub / Ethernet adaptor because there weren't enough USB ports on the laptop. I like wires. Never have a problem with equipment connecting.

It was easy to install and setup. It works as advertised. I connected to a USB 2 port, not a USB 3, so my speed wouldn't be as fast as the unit is capable of.

For some reason, I wasn't able to get an internal network card to work. This was a life saver and easy to install!

Purchased this as the MS version was always out of stock. Cheaper and does just the same! Thank you Insignia!

This thing is awesome, and super affordable. Works great with win10, just plug and play and your good to go.

Just what I needed, the nic card went out on my MAC and this was a great solution rather than a shop visit.

Needed this adapter for a dorm set up and this product works well and has not had any problems. It is expensive but there are not many alternatives.

It does the job perfectly. No complaints about speed for running an ethernet cable into my Macbook Pro.

Got it to replace defective NIC on my motherboard. Connected it to a USB 3.0 port and the throughput seems to be just as good. Works as advertised
