Does not work with Windows 10
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted to be able to hard wire my new Samsung notebook 9 to my network and with no Ethernet port avail I needed this. First you need to download the driver via a CD, downfall. Then after buying an external dvd reader found out that the adapter still won't work with Windows 10 regardless and there's no update that it will either.

Had to make another trip to the store. Now it won't stay on USA and won't let me change it. Also won't take my passwords. It tells me that they are wrong and they aren't. I need to bring it back into the store, but I am tired of returning laptops. This is my third time!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish the store could get it right!!!!!!!!

Not compatible with Windows 10

The link to install the drivers that is included with the instructions does not work. I called the help desk for Insignia, which took me to a Realtec help desk. They helped me install the drivers, which worked for that day. The next day, it was not working again. I reinstalled the drivers and it worked that day. Then next day, it was not working yet again. I tried reinstalling the drivers but it still would not work. I called the Realtec help desk who told me this is a known issue and that I should return it because this product is does not work with Windows 10. (Actually the same for all Realtec products as I bought another one and have the same issue.)
