I gave them my wiring color scheme/diagram from my old unit, and they gave me the correct one for their unit. Customer support rep said they appreciate it when customers ask for help rather than proceed with doubts. They did comment that their help, can help you avoid operational issues after it's all hooked up.:).

My provider advised me to get this ethernet attachment and it works great! Now I don’t need to have everyone stop using the internet to get my work done. And the BestBuy employee got it for me so I didn’t even have to hunt for it! Thanks!
