I bought this usb dongle and done. Works great and even on my Mac with no Ethernet port. I think there’s a movement against Ethernet ports

The only thing is that it has a cap for the download speed that you get with it. I have 1gb download and was only able to pull 250 from it. Wasn’t worth it for me

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Its exactly what you are paying for, I only wish it was a brick rather it being connected to a cord as it hangs down, posing a possible threat in the long run; the cord being bent for so long that it may only work in that position, the USB port may be damaged from being forced down, etc.

I cannot speak to its life or longevity, having had it only a couple of months so far. Achieves transfer speeds of about 100 M-bytes per second on gigabit ethernet over a USB3 connection, and about 25-28 MB/S over a USB 2 connection.

Internet works flawlessly now with no issues!

Nice add on for smaller laptops

Our building is brick block construction so we have lots of problems with wireless so I put these on the service laptops and haven't had a connection problem since.
