Simple plug and play installation.

The company purchased tablets that did not have ethernet adapters and this item came in very handy for support.

Could not get the same results with a Macbook and an older IBM Thinkpad belonging to other family members. I suspect the fault is ours, in not knowing how to get those machines to recognize the connection.

With only wireless connection, you sometimes lose all your work due to instability of wireless. In that case this device is very helpful. Especially when you are taking exams on laptop.

Just ask any sales rep in the store-they are general ki knowledgeable about the products they offer, and usually know just where to find it. If not, they are diligent about finding someone who does!
