Unfortunately this was needed for my laptop for those places tht still don't offer wifi. Works well, could have been designed to be a little more streamlined, but as I said it's a necessity when you need Internet and there's no wifi

This is my second purchase in a year or so and when it works it works great but it does not seem that they have good quality control because they do not last. could be the constant use but I would think they should use for more than a year.

Very useful when wifi isn't fast enough, very reliable and link status lights are very helpful for checking if everything is working on the network, installation was easy.

Connected my MacBook Pro to my router directly using this cable and adapter, with the included software. I would have given it five stars, but it does not work with Windows 10, and the manufacturer told me to return it to Best Buy for a refund! Wonderful customer service.
