great CAT5 to USB adapter

I am able to get full speed down, but not up, which has caused me quiet a bit of troubleshooting for naught. Only able to upload at 50mbs with this device. I have a 100mbs connection which lets me transfer 100 up and down. Verified with another machine with nic :( For me this is a big deal as I use it for troubleshooting
