Couldn't use due to hardware issues

Hoped to use this to get online so that I could repair my driver for the wireless adapter, but hardware issues wouldn't let me connect via ethernet either. Seems like a perfectly fine adapter, just didn't work for me in my case.

Only way to get wired connection to laptop

USB 3.0 and you are set
